We provide written quotations on request for every project that clearly outline terms and conditions for services or product delivery. Included with each quotation is our bank account information. Goods are shipped or services provided after receipt of payment at our bank.

SAMPLE:

gyRFID offers the products sample from the warehouse without charges when the quantity less than 10pcs. The frieight will be bear by customers. We dont accept post service as it is not too safe, always lost on the way from China to Europe. So we kindly recommend you use your express like TNT/DHL/Fedex/UPS account for sending. If you dont have this account, you may order with them. Or you may pay the freight to our Paypal/ western union, then we will delivery it to you directly.

LEADING TIME:

gyRFID normally delivery time is 12days after the order confirmation. If any urgent demands, we will charge of emergency fees to put your order on priority.

SHIPPING:

Pre-paid freight charges are quoted by gross weight shipped from Shanghai. gyRFID. can also use your carrier or freight forwarder or freight collected with your account. It will take around 2~5working days via express or airway from China to Europe/ America.

WARRANTY:

GYRFID offers a standard 1 year repair or replace warranty from date of shipping on all products found to have a defect that results from manufacturing. The warranty does not cover willful damage or neglect on the part of the user. Defective products must be shipped back to gyRFID. by the customer freight pre-paid. GYRFID. will repair or replace the defective product at no charge and ship back the product to customer freight pre-paid.
